Towers - Columns

Tired of water washing, Wasting water and disposal problems. Dry Washing is for you then. Its easy, less hassle, safer and low cost to clean your fuel. Most wash media is compostable. Did I mention no water usage and no extra drying of the fuel. Very clean and Environmentally friendly.

All our towers are professionally welded and pressure tested. Our towers are made of heavier, thicker material than others. They are also taller than others to allow for more types of resin. With plenty of room for expansion there is less risk of tower damage to over filling. The 6" diameter towers are 54 inches top screen to bottom screen. 74 inches with tripod stand. Our 12" diameter towers are also taller. They are 76 inches top screen to botton screen. All towers are also top to bottom or bottom to top flow. When you recieve the tower just choose flow direction. These towers are meant to be used, not just looked at. In case of over pressurization due to over filling all screens can be replaced very easily. No cutting or rewelding. Just unbolt the cover, unbolt the screen, replace screen, rebolt, and now your back up and running.

We can even customize your tower for wall mounting. Send us your bracket design and we can add it to your tower.

Some ask, How can you make theses Towers and Processors at such a great price?

Answer: We buy heavier thicker material in bulk to keep the price down. We do not contract out our work and then raise the price. We are the manufacturer.

This design is very strong and it will not leak your media into the fuel. It is a full drain support system that sits above the bottom cone that allows all the resin to be used. It also prevents funneling of the fuel. We designed these towers for heavy duty operation for generations of use. Built to use, Built to last, not just to look good.

BD Zorb Tower( wood chip, saw dust tower ) has a 12 inch by 48 inch column. Max of 60 GPH with 66 lbs of BD Zorb

Resin tower will wash your BioDiesel at a maximum rate of 50 gallons an hour. This tower is 76 inches top screen to bottom screen to allow for different types of resins and expansion. 97 inches overall. It has a 44 inch foot print. Up or down flow.

Does not include BD Zorb or Resin.
