1 ton A Day Press. Press is 300 LBS
The T-68 will do up to one ton of seed a Day. This press is great for the novice or small brewer or presser. You will need 12 hp diesel or a 5 hp electric.$1695 without diesel + shipping

I would recommend the T-68 seed press for the beginner or if you have a small amount of seed to press. Very easy to handle and still do up to 1 ton of seed a day.
3 ton A Day Press is 750 lbs
The T-80 Seed Press will average 2-4 ton a day.

This project was for a local Technical College. A 70 gallon processor, drywash system and a 5 ton seed press with a 15 hp diesel and stand. This stand works great with a 55 gallon open top drum with a 100 micron filter. You could even use a 275 gallon tote.

Press weight is estimated. Actual weight may be more or less depending on pallet and extra parts.
Buy comitting to buy a processor or seed press you understand that we will not be held responsible for misuse and abuse to the machines. You will sign a liability disclaimer form. Making biodiesel requires methanol which is very flammable and can explode if not handled properly. Processors must also be properly vented outside to prevent toxic fumes inside your work area. Breathing methanol and methoxide fumes could prove fatal. Seed presses if not properly used could cause injury. Use belt guards and never put your hand in the auger basket. Please follow the basic machine operating safety procedures while operating this equipment. Thank You!
China seed presses will have more down time and require simple mechanical knowledge, willingness to take it apart, clean it, and reassemble it. You will occasionally jam seed in the screw and have to take it apart. To avoid as many problems as possible the best way to run these presses would be to have an auger set up to feed the press and a conveyer for the meal. Run your seed till it's gone.
